Archer
Set within a landscape of established lifestyle properties, this family home draws on the character of traditional Australian architecture through its broad verandah, pitched roof forms and familiar material palette.
Location: Huon Creek, VIC
Positioned prominently on a corner block, the home presents a generous sense of scale to the streetscape, while turning inward to create a private and protected setting for family life.
Inside, the traditional language is interpreted with a contemporary restraint. Light-filled living spaces, crisp white joinery and warm timber finishes create a calm interior, while refined bathrooms and considered detailing bring a modern edge.
The result is a home that balances the familiarity and generosity of an Australian homestead with the simplicity and functionality of contemporary family living.
